We take strict measures to ensure that customers get what they ordered. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or a refund via store credits/voucher.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
- KitaabNow follows a 7 day Exchange & Refund Policy from the date you received your order.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all their original tags and labels attached.
- Products can only be returned for an exchange or a refund if you have received a wrong item as per your order.
- Please note that refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of store credits/vouchers.
- In case of a return, shipping charges are not refundable and customer bears the return shipping charges.
- Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned parcel.
EXCEPTIONS
- Deliverable items like print and bind service can’t be returned or exchanged once the order has been placed and processed.
- All items purchased on sale can not be returned for an exchange or a refund.
